What is a Corner Column Protector?

Corner column protectors are products designed to protect the edges of columns or walls in enclosed parking lots, industrial facilities, or other areas with vehicle and machinery traffic. Their primary purpose is to minimize damage to both the corner and the vehicle in case of an impact.

• Rubber protectors are recommended for concrete surfaces (such as parking lot columns).

2. Metal Corner Protector

• Commonly used in ventilation systems, shelves, columns, electrical installations, doorways, and gas stations.
• Made from profiles or sheet metal and must be sturdy enough to withstand impact.
• Ideally painted yellow with reflective strips for visibility in dark environments.

3. PVC Corner Protector

• Harder than rubber protectors but still provides good impact resistance.
• Some models feature softer impact-absorbing areas.
• Less flexible than rubber but better suited for uneven surfaces.
• Should include reflective strips for nighttime visibility.

4. PU Foam Corner Protector

• Made from soft foam material, commonly used for shelf edge protection, door frames, and corners.
• Absorbs impact and helps prevent injuries.
• Typically available in black and yellow, serving as a visual warning for hazardous areas.
