Our Production Line

İleri Trafik produces 85% of its traffic safety products domestically. Our production line manufactures essential traffic equipment including speed bumps, delineators, flashing buttons, signalling systems, intersection control units, lane arrangement buttons, road buttons, bicycle parking stations, traffic cones, and traffic signs. We have facilities for plastic injection, rubber, electronic, and sign printing production to support these manufacturing processes.

Various products in our portfolio have IP 54, IP 55, IP 65, and IP 67 protection ratings based on reports from university technical committee, ensuring resistance to dust and water. Our traffic signal transmitters are certified with TS EN 12368 / 2010, while our intersection control devices comply with TS HD 638 and TS EN 12675 standards.

We possess a Capacity Report and Industry Registration Certificate for international exports of multiple products. İleri Trafik prioritizes transparency in customer relations, from product selection to after-sales technical services, maintaining its reputation as an honest business. Our traffic safety products are manufactured in accordance with IP Dust and Water Protection Standards, and our LED and electrical products are classified under different IP certifications (IP 54, IP 55, IP 65, IP 67). Before shipment, our traffic safety products undergo electrical, electronic, water, and dust protection tests before being packaged.
